Services Offered
Initial Consultation:
During
this 60 minute session, we will
review the quality of your diet,
eating and exercise habits and
together create an individualized
nutrition plan to meet your needs.
You will collaborate to develop
techniques to help you make
permanent changes. The goal is to
help you discover a lifestyle you
can live with. You will also
receive personalized meal plans,
calorie guides, and a food tracker
to get started.
Progress Session:
During
the 30 minute follow-up sessions, we
will review your food tracker,
monitor progress, address questions
and concerns, reassess your goals,
customize your diet and you will
receive motivational support.
Sessions are scheduled at regular
intervals to help you advance
towards your health goals. Each
session will allow for special
topics to be addressed and will
include information on protein, fat,
carbohydrates, behavior change, goal
setting, and much more!
Starter Programs
The
Starter Programs are designed to
jump-start your new healthy way of
living. These packages allow for
personalized nutrition education and
customized lifestyle modifications.
With the structured programs, you
will be able to receive immediate
feedback and have the motivational
support that you need for success.
All programs include a body
composition analysis at each session
to track progress in terms of fat
mass lost and lean body mass gained.

Maintenance Counseling Program
After
completing one of the starter
programs, you are able to follow-up
as often as you feel necessary. The
Maintenance Program is great
for you if you need a refresher on
nutrition topics or if you think
that you are falling off track and
need a motivational boost.
Six Week Nutrition
and Wellness Classes
This
six-week group class will provide
you with nutrition education in a
laid-back and fun atmosphere.
Topics covered include: metabolism,
macronutrients (protein, fat, and
carbs), smart snacking,
understanding the food label,
portion control, and the seasonally
appropriate topic of holiday
eating. All participants will
receive a complimentary body
composition analysis at weeks one
and six to track success in fat mass
loss and lean body mass gained over
the course of the program.
