Les Mills RPM is a cardio peak cycle workout using a simulated journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding to burn calories and improve cardio fitness. You ride with the pack to find your rhythm in the music and hit an amazing endorphin high. You control your own resistance levels and speed to build your fitness level over time.
Les Mills Grit
30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle using 3 different formats plyo, strength, cardio.
This class uses proven training protocols, weights, and bodyweight movements to strengthen your body through blocks of work focused on cardio, the lower and upper body, and core.
Les Mills Body Pump
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
This class uses Dance to incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training.
Functional Fitness Training in an outdoor workout area that will provide the strength, stability, and mobility you need to thrive by optimizing your core and priming muscles and joints to work together as a unit of strength. You’ll also burn calories and melt away fat as you work out on our gym’s 4,000 square foot outdoor playground.

Balance training builds on the huge popularity and benefits of Stand Up Paddle Yoga training. It offers all of the plusses of SUP yoga without the hassle of having to get yourself out on the water.
A weight-lifting class that uses dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, and plates to give you a full body strength training workout.
This class uses suspension training bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. TRX bands are used for hundreds of different exercises – let us take you through a full body work out!
Group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
